Spectrum WT v. Wendler
Emergency application for injunction is denied on March 15, 2024.
Issue: (1) Whether public university administrators violate the First Amendment when they ban student expression from campus simply because it offends others, as several circuits have recognized in similar cases; and (2) whether the courts below erred in not enjoining a viewpoint-based prior restraint on an entire category of protected stage performances.
