Holding: The U.S. Railroad Retirement Board"s refusal to reopen a former railroad worker's prior benefits determination is subject to judicial review.
Judgment: Reversed and remanded, 5-4, in an opinion by Justice Sotomayor on February 3, 2021. Justice Thomas filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Alito, Gorsuch and Barrett joined.
