Judgment: Reversed and remanded, 5-4, in an opinion by Justice Kavanaugh on June 23, 2023. Justice Jackson filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justices Sotomayor and Kagan joined in full, and in which Justice Thomas joined as to Parts II, III, and IV.
