Issue: Whether the Supreme Court should vacate the stay issued by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit that allowed the Fairfax County School Board to proceed with an admissions policy at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science & Technology that challengers say discriminates against Asian American students.
