William J. Hennessy, Jr. has been working as a courtroom artist for more than forty years. Hennessy has covered countless Supreme Court arguments as well as high-profile trials. His work has appeared on all major network and has been featured in numerous print publications. He has twice received the Writers’ Guild of America award for television graphics arts. Hennessy received his BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and his MFA from American University. He and his wife Ari have seven children. They reside in the Virginia countryside on the outskirts of DC. When not in court, he continues his fine art endeavors in both painting and drawing.
