New Filing: Respondents’ Supplemental Brief in Iraq v. Beaty and Iraq v. Simon

On Monday, April 20th, I will argue for the respondents in the consolidated Iraq sovereign immunity cases, Republic of Iraq v. Jordan Beaty, et al. (No. 07-1070) and Republic of Iraq, et al. v. Robert Simon, et al. (No. 08-539).
Today, we filed this supplemental brief in the matter.
