New Filings: Amicus Brief in NAMUDNO voting rights case

Howe & Russell and the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic have filed this amicus brief in Northwest Austin Municipal Utility District Number One v. Eric Holder, Jr, Attorney General, et al. (08-322) on behalf of the bipartisan leadership of the House Judiciary Committee: Representatives John Conyers, James Sensenbrenner, Jerrold Nadler, and Mel Watt and former Representative Steve Chabot. The team members from the Clinic were Beverly Moore, Samantha Bateman, and David Muraskin.
