On Monday, the Court is scheduled to release the remaining orders from the Justices’ private conference last Friday. For a recap of the initial round of orders, consisting of grants of certiorari in six cases, click here.
In granted cases, petitioners’ briefs are due Thursday in Allison Engine v. United States, ex rel. Sanders (07-214) and Exxon v. Baker (07-219). No respondents’ or reply briefs are due this week.
