Recent Updates to SCOTUSwiki

If you’ve not explored SCOTUSwiki recently, we’ve continued to update and add features to that site. In addition to the ongoing addition of original content, documents, and links to further information for each case page, we’ve added a few new features that may be of particular interest:

** Each case page now has several category tags at the bottom. This new feature means that you’ll be able to view, all on one page, a list of just business cases, just the cases that have been decided, or even the cases in which the SG is involved. The complete list of categories can be found here. We’ll continue to add more levels of detail as the term goes on.

** For those interested in statistics from past terms, the Supreme Court Statistics page has been updated to include Tom’s reports dating all the way back to OT95. Many of these older statistics have not been easily available online before.
