Tomorrow and Sunday, this blog will post a two-part primer on the current legal and legislative situation of the detainees now being held by the U.S. military. The post on Saturday will summarize the laws, legislation, current court cases and issues, and the one on Sunday will focus on the cases being heard on Tuesday by the D.C. Circuit Court.
