Transcripts Now Available

UPDATE, 4:36: The Court has just posted transcripts from both of today’s oral arguments. Morse v. Frederick is here, and Wilkie v. Robbins is here.

The Court later explained that the delay in posting the transcripts was due to a “staffing problem” at the Government Printing Office. The GPO maintaiins the Court’s website, and transcripts are sent to it for electronic distribution.
