Today at the Supreme Court: 1/10/07

Beginning at 10 AM eastern, the Court will hear one hour of oral argument in Zuni Public School Dist. No. 89 v. Dept. of Educ. (preview here) followed by one hour of argument in the consolidated “Union Fees” cases of Davenport v. WEA and Washington v. WEA (preview here). Transcripts of both arguments should be available sometime this afternoon.

It is also likely that the Court will issue opinions today at 10 AM. We will link to the opinions in full as soon as possible following their public release.
