Today at the Supreme Court: 10/16/06

Note: Each weekday morning, we will now be posting a brief summary of what is expected to happen at the Supreme Court that day, including whether or not to expect any public information from the Court, such as the issuing of orders or opinions.

Today at 10 a.m. Eastern, the Court will issue an Orders List relating to cases discussed at the Justices’ October 13 Conference.
