Filings in Vienna Convention cases

The briefs in the consolidated cases testing the application to state criminal cases of the World Court’s decisions on consular contact rights of foreign nationals arrested in the U.S. can be found here. The Court is scheduled to hear 90 minutes of argument on those cases on Wednesday, March 29. The cases are Sanchez-Llamas v. Oregon (04-10566) and Bustillo v. Johnson (05-51).
