We continue our Community discussion of Justice OConnors legacy by asking you for your thoughts on the ways in which Justices OConnor and Kennedy have occupied the role of the Courts swing vote. As the ideological centers of their respective Courts, these two Justices have been extraordinarily influential, but they have not always taken the same approach to their role.
