Today’s Filing

 Today we are filing this amicus brief on behalf of the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, National Fair Housing Alliance, and NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. in No. 08-453, Cuomo v. The Clearing House Association, L.L.C.  Stanford students Martine Cicconi, Rakesh Kilaru, and David Schwartz worked on the case; we also received invaluable input from our co-counsel at Lawyers Committee and LDF, and in particular Joe Rich and Josh Civin.
