watching the hearings.

This week the Legal Affairs Debate Club asks, “How will Alito and Roberts shape the Court?” Debating are Joshua I. Schwartz, Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School and attorney in the Office of the Solicitor General from 1981 to 1985 and Brian K. Landsberg, Professor of Law at the McGeorge School of Law and and attorney in the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division from 1964 until 1986.
