Today’s Opinions and Order List

The Court issued opinions today in the following cases:
No. 03-1407, Rousey v. Jacoway, unanimously reversed and remanded in an opinion by Justice Thomas.
No. 03-9685, Johnson v. United States, affirmed 5-4, in an opinion written by Justice Souter that the Chief Justice and Justices O’Connor, Thomas and Breyer joined. Justice Kennedy dissented, joined by Justices Stevens, Scalia and Ginsburg.
The next possible date for issuance of opinions is Tuesday, April 19th.
