Today’s Updates on SCOTUSwiki

Today, we added SCOTUSwiki pages for all of the OT07 cases, and have begun populating those pages with information that was previously published on SCOTUSblog for each case; see the OT07 case index here. In addition, the Moritz Law School at Ohio State has begun a series of podcasts where their faculty discuss Supreme Court cases, and SCOTUSwiki case pages now feature links to the podcasts in all of the relevant cases (for example, see this page about Gall v. US).  The good people at Moritz will continue to update the wiki pages as new podcasts are released.

In addition, we’d like to point out that anyone who creates an account for SCOTUSwiki by clicking the log-in/create account link on the top of any wiki page can create a “Watchlist.” By using this feature, you’ll be able to mark any case you’re particularly interested in and be easily notified of new information. The wiki’s recent changes page also lists all of the site’s most-recent updates.  We’ll post a user guide for the “Watchlist” feature shortly.
