Event announcement: Pacific Legal Foundation and National Review Institute’s Supreme Court Preview

On Friday, Oct. 2, at noon EDT, the Pacific Legal Foundation and National Review Institute will host a webinar to preview high-profile cases set for argument during the 2020-21 Supreme Court term, including cases granted from the court’s long conference on Sept. 29. The panel will feature John Elwood of Arnold & Porter, Jeffrey Rosen of the National Constitution Center and Kannon Shanmugam of Paul Weiss. The National Review Institute’s Ramesh Ponnuru will moderate.
