The court issued additional orders from its October 28 conference on Monday. It called for the views of the solicitor general in one case, and it granted, vacated and remanded in the cases of five Arizona inmates sentenced to life without parole as juveniles. The court also heard oral arguments on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The calendar for the November sitting is available on the court’s website. On Friday the justices met for their November 4 conference; that afternoon they granted one new case, Coventry Health Care of Missouri, Inc. v. Nevils. The justices also met on Friday for a special session in honor of deceased Justice Antonin Scalia.
