The court issued orders from its October 7 conference on Tuesday with two separate lists in the morning and the afternoon. The court issued a per curiam decision in Bosse v. Oklahoma in the morning and added three hours of oral argument to its merits docket in the afternoon. On Tuesday the court also heard oral argument in three cases. The calendar for the October sitting is available on the court’s website.
