The Court issued orders from its October 9 Conference on Tuesday, without adding any new cases to its merits docket for this Term. The Court also heard oral arguments on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Friday the Justices will meet for their October 16 Conference; our list of “petitions to watch” for that Conference will be available soon.
