Kagan’s Senate questionnaire

Elena Kagan has completed the Senate Judiciary Committee’s questionnaire for Supreme Court nominees.  All of the attachments for certain questions can be found on the committee’s website, here.

Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy previously told reporters that he would not schedule a date for Kagan’s committee hearing until after the questionnaire was complete.
