Today the justices meet for a private conference to consider cert. petitions and motions in pending cases, orders from which are expected on Monday. Â Also on Monday come the first oral arguments after the recess, in the highly anticipated cases Christian Legal Society v. Martinez (08-1371)Â and City of Ontario v. Quon (08-1332).
