On Monday the Court was closed in recognition of the federal holiday. On Tuesday the Court issued orders from the October 11 Conference. The Court granted six cases concerning greenhouse gas regulations (consolidated for one hour of oral argument) as well as Abramski v. United States. Lyle’s post on the orders is here. On Tuesday the Court also dismissed Madigan v. Levin as improvidently granted. The Justices heard three oral arguments on Tuesday and two oral arguments on Wednesday.
