Term previews in California and Colorado

• The University of Southern California Gould School of Law will host a preview of the Term Preview today at 5 p.m. Pacific.  The event is co-sponsored by the American Constitution Society and Federalist Society and will be moderated by USC Law Professor Elizabeth Garrett; panelists will include Michael McConnell and Jeffrey Fisher of Stanford Law School and Rebecca Brown of USC Law.  More information and registration details are available here.

• The University of Colorado Law School will host two Term previews today and Wednesday.  The panelists will include Melissa Hart and Harry Surden of Colorado Law and Alan Chen and Sam Kami of Denver University Law School.  More information about the events is available here and here.
