We live blogged as the court released opinions in two argued cases from the current term.
- In the case of a U.S. citizen who alleges that he was placed on the No Fly list unlawfully but was later removed, the court holds that the removal does not render the case moot.
- The court ruled 6-3 in Wilkinson v. Garland that the 3rd Circuit erred in holding that it lacked jurisdiction to review the immigration judge’s determination in the case.
