What Next for Court Reform?

On Thursday, April 8, at 4 p.m. EDT, the American Constitution Society will continue the debate over whether and how to restructure both the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts, in light of the Biden administration’s formation of a commission to study the issue and a forthcoming legislative response in the House of Representatives. Jennifer Bendery from HuffPost will moderate the panel, which will feature Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-N.Y.), Chris Kang of Demand Justice, Leah Litman of Michigan Law and former Leadership Conference Executive VP Nancy Zirkin.
