On Friday, Sept. 25, at 1:30 p.m. EDT, Syracuse College of Law will host a virtual panel to discuss major cases set for the 2020-21 Supreme Court term. The panel will be moderated by Syracuse Law Vice Dean Keith Bybee and will feature New York Times Supreme Court Correspondent Adam Liptak, litigators Reeves Anderson of Arnold & Porter and Upnit Bhatti of Orrick, and Judges Mae D’Agostino of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and Rosemary Pooler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit.
