On Thursday, Sept. 24, at 12:30 p.m. EDT, the American Constitution Society will host a virtual preview of major cases set for argument during the 2020-21 Supreme Court term, including a challenge to the Affordable Care Act, a dispute over whether religious organizations should be exempt from a city’s nondiscrimination policy, and the House’s efforts to obtain secret grand-jury materials from the Mueller report.
