On Monday, the court released orders from the June 11 conference. The justices granted two cases, Albence v. Guzman-Chavez and Henry Schein, Inc. v. Archer and White Sales, Inc., for oral argument next term and invited the federal government to file a brief sharing its views in Texas v. California.
Also on Monday, the justices released opinions in Andrus v. Texas, Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, and U.S. Forest Service v. Cowpasture River Preservation Association.
On Thursday, the justices released their opinion in Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California.
