Educational seminar: Preview of faithless elector cases

Today we hosted a 30-minute webinar on the upcoming faithless elector cases, Chiafalo v. Washington and Colorado Department of State v Baca. Amy Howe of Howe on the Court and Cathy Ruffing of Street Law led an interactive discussion with middle school students about the electoral college and the questions presented in these cases.
