Educational seminar: Preview of Barr v. American Association of Political Consultants

Today at noon, we held a webinar before the oral argument in Barr v. American Association of Political Consultants. Tom Goldstein, Genevieve Lakier of the University of Chicago Law School and Amanda Shanor of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School led a discussion for law school students on the First Amendment.
