Educational seminar: Debrief of faithless elector cases

Today we hosted a 30-minute webinar discussing Wednesday’s faithless elector cases, Chiafalo v. Washington and Colorado Department of State v Baca. Amy Howe of Howe on the Court and Cathy Ruffing of Street Law led an interactive discussion with middle school students about the arguments made in these cases and the possible implications for the Electoral College.
