On Monday, the justices released additional orders from their November 1 conference, adding no cases to their merits docket. The justices heard oral argument in Barton v. Barr and Kansas v. Glover.
On Tuesday, the justices heard oral argument in CITGO Asphalt Refining Co. v. Frescati Shipping Co. and Allen v. Cooper.
On Wednesday, the justices heard oral argument in County of Maui, Hawaii v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund and Retirement Plans Committee of IBM v. Jander.
On Friday, the justices met for their November 8 conference. The justices released the calendar for the January 2020 sitting as well as orders from their conference, adding one new case – U.S. Patent and Trademark Office v. Booking.com – to their merits docket.
