Event announcement: Symposium on Justice Kennedy’s jurisprudence

On February 1, 2019, U.C. Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and the Hastings Law Journal will host an all-day symposium entitled, “The Jurisprudence of Justice Anthony M. Kennedy: Four Decades of Influence.” Participants include Judge Brett Kavanaugh of U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Erwin Chemerinsky, Miles Erlich, Melissa Murray, Dan Epps, Leah Litman, Ashutosh Bhagwat and Zachary Price. More information about the symposium can be found here.
