Event announcement: South Dakota v. Wayfair webinar on April 17

On April 17 at 1 p.m., the State and Local Legal Center will host a webinar titled, “Internet Sales Tax: From 1967 to Oral Argument in South Dakota v. Wayfair.” The webinar will feature Tillman Breckenridge and Bailey Glasser discussing what happened at oral argument earlier that morning.
