On Monday the Supreme Court released orders from the March 2 conference. The justices added Knick v. Township of Scott, Pennsylvania and Gundy v. United States to their merits docket for next term. They called for the views of the solicitor general in United States ex rel. Carter v. Halliburton Co.
On Monday the justices released their opinions in Texas v. New Mexico and U.S. Bank National Association v. Village at Lakeridge.
The justices will meet next for their March 16 conference. The argument calendar for the March sitting, which will begin on March 19, is available on the Supreme Court’s website.
