Event announcement: ACS panel on US v. Microsoft

On February 15 at 2 p.m., the American Constitution Society and the Center for Democracy and Technology will host a panel discussion on United States v. Microsoft, which asks whether the government can gain access from email providers to data that is stored overseas. Panelists will include Alex Berengaut, Jennifer Daskal, Sharon Bradford Franklin and Greg Nojeim; Amy Howe will serve as moderator. Sen. Christopher Coons, D-Del., will provide closing remarks.
