The Supreme Court released orders from the November 21 conference on Monday. It did not grant certiorari in any new cases. The justices heard oral argument on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The calendar for the December sitting is available on the court’s website. On Friday the justices met for their December 1 conference; our list of “petitions to watch” for that conference is available at this link. That afternoon the justices granted certiorari in Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District v. SolarCity Corp.
