On Tuesday the Supreme Court vacated the judgment of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit in Trump v. Hawaii and remanded the case to the court of appeals with instructions to dismiss it as moot. On Friday the justices met for their October 27 conference; our list of “petitions to watch” for that conference is available in this post.
