On August 11 at 3:30 p.m., the Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association will review the criminal cases from the Supreme Court’s recently completed term. Panelists will include Judge Gerard Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, Josh Dratel and Margaret Garnett; Rory Little will moderate.
