The court issued orders from its March 3 conference on Monday. It vacated the judgment in Gloucester County School Board v. G.G. and remanded to the court of appeals for reconsideration in light of the Trump administration’s recent guidance, released a per curiam decision in Rippo v. Baker and called for the views of the solicitor general in Loomis v. Wisconsin. The court also released its opinions in two argued cases on Monday.
