The Court issued orders from its April 1 Conference on Monday. It granted review in Pena-Rodriguez v. Colorado. It also issued a per curiam opinion summarily reversing the decision below in Woods v. Etherton. On Monday the Court also released its opinions in Nichols v. United States and Evenwel v. Abbott.
