On February 24, American University Washington College of Law will host a discussion onUnited States v. Texas, the challenge to the Obama administration’s deferred-action policy for certain undocumented immigrants. Speakers will include Benjamin Johnson, Juan Osuna, Peter Spiro, and Shoba Sivaprasad Wadhia; Amanda Frost will serve as moderator.
