This is the first week of the Court’s November sitting; the Justices are scheduled to hear two arguments each day, Monday through Wednesday.
On Monday the Court granted one new case. iLyle covered the orders here. On Friday the Justices met for their November 7 Conference and granted two new cases, including King v. Burwell (ACA subsidies). Our list of “Petitions to watch” is here.
