The spectator line for the marriage cases — update

As of 10:00 p.m. Saturday, three-and-a-half days before the oral argument in Hollingsworth v. Perry, there are twenty-seven people in line for the oral argument to be held Tuesday morning. Several people in line report that they have been told that there will be at least fifty seats available to the public for each of the two marriage cases. They also report (but I cannot confirm) that, perhaps as early as tomorrow evening (Sunday), separate lines will be formed for (i) the Windsor case; (ii) the bar section for Perry; and (iii) the cases to be argued on Monday morning (Oxford Health Plans and Actavis).
