We continue our Community discussion of Justice O’Connor’s legacy by asking you for your thoughts on the ways in which Justices O’Connor and Kennedy have occupied the role of the Court’s “swing vote.” As the ideological centers of their respective Courts, these two Justices have been extraordinarily influential, but they have not always taken the same approach to their role.
