We expect one or more opinions in argued cases this morning. We will have Live Blog coverage starting shortly before 10.
Following opinions, the Court will hear two hours of argument in immigration cases. First, the Justices will hear arguments in Holder v. Gutierrez and Holder v. Sawyers, which have been consolidated for one hour of argument total. Jill Family previewed both cases for this blog. The second argument will be in Vartelas v. Holder, which Kevin Johnson previewed for the blog.
